Responsible for coordinating PA's; facilitating a smooth production day; sourcing props; keeping track of gear; dealing with vendors; obtaining releases; transporting digital assets; producing deliverables such as set stills and release photos; managing equipment, assisting the producers with producing tasks. My job was part AD and AP.
