● Built all shows at Forest Hills Stadium while working closely with artist management in monitoring presales, on sales, holds, daily counts, etc. ● Hired staff and managed the box office for every Forest Hills Stadium show in the 2016 season ● Set up ticketing with box offices for all one off shows/tours outside Forest Hills Stadium for artists including Ms Lauryn Hill, Paul Simon, R. Kelly, Chance the Rapper, Mumford & Sons, Tory Lanez, and Zac Brown Band

● Managed day-to-day tasks for the President and Senior VP with booking hotels and flights, managing show costs, and managing expense accounts ● Settled arena level shows (15,000-30,000 cap) for Zac Brown Band and Mumford & Sons ● Facilitated making offers to agents, gathering avails, and routing tours for artists including Chance the Rapper, Green Day, Mumford & Sons, and Zac Brown Band ● Managed travel (hotels, flights, cars, etc.) for 300+ production team/artists/management teams for Mumford and Sons Gentlemen of the Road Tour and Zac Brown’s Southern Ground Music and Food Festival (SGMFF) ● Acted as on site coordinator for all credentials for the Grateful Dead Fare Thee Well 50th anniversary tour and Chance the Rapper’s Magnificent Coloring Day Festival ● Curated all food/craft vendors for Zac Brown’s SGMFF ● Assisted with Artist Relations for Chance the Rapper’s Magnificent Coloring Day Festival

I assisted in all festival logistics and planning, worked with Girlilla Marketing and Jam Productions to assist with social media reach and sponsorships, and I attended meetings to organize layout, stages, sponsors, and artists. I assisted on-site with production, management, venders curation, and Artist Relations for musicians including Zac Brown Band and Willie Nelson.

Booked and Coordinated travel and hotels for 300+crew/Artists/Management

I was responsible for running credentials for all Band Members guest lists.
