Coordinate pre-production, including: booking travel arrangements, coordinating talent scheduling, creating production packets. Responsible for network deliverables, including program summaries, final edit reports, music cue sheets and timing sheets. Work closely with associate producers in research, treatments, shoot logs, licensing, and locating archival footage. Make screeners and maintain master library.

Responsible for coordinating pre-production, casting extras, and network deliverables. Work providing scheduling and booking to high profile, A-list talent; book VO sessions for A-list talent. Responsible for network deliverables, including program summaries, final edit reports, music cue sheets and timing sheets. Responsible for booking travel arrangements, coordinating talent scheduling.
