Created the call sheets, handled schedule edits and union paperwork. Assisted in the management of a 50 person crew and large cast. Gathered information for and maintained production reports which were used for post production.

On this feature I wore many hats: Assistant Production Coordinator, Second Assistant Director, Paperwork AD and assisted with payroll. I handled union transactions and travel/ living accommodations for the 3 states we traveled/filmed in. Living on location I had to handle unruly weather and many last minute schedule changes.

At WWHL, I was responsible for tending to the accommodations of high profile guests while on the show. I also assisted with the travel arrangements for various guests and maintained records of guests, releases and travel arrangements.

At WWTBAM, I was an Associate Producer in training and contestant PA. I was able to produce several contestants as well as help with the editing and composition of blue cards and celebrity research packets. On a daily basis I also had to assist the Supervising Producer on set.

This short film was set in Ithaca, NY and produced on a very tight budget. I was responsible for creating the schedule, call sheets, helping with budget and fundraising and coordinating travel for a crew between locations.

I created, scouted locations for, casted, directed, fundraised for and produced this short documentary on NYC subway performers. It was a snippet into their daily lives and aspirations for success beyond the subway platform.

On this low-budget feature I was responsible for collecting releases, creating call sheets and maintaining the schedule, handling union transactions and acting as a liaison between the cast and producers.

My responsibilities varied on this job. I worked in the Costume Department as a PA as well as on set as a 1st Team PA/Set PA.
