Supported the Production Office of the new CBS show Elementary. Managed P.O. breakdowns and petty cash, distributed Pre-Lims, Call Sheets, sides, one-liners, among other paperwork, ran errands and runs to set, as well as other general office work.

Coordinated and supported both pre and post production. Performed research, organized shoot locations, crew, and equipment, scouted locations, handled all releases, obtained all filming permits and insurance, assisted in accounting tasks including expense reports, P.O.’s, start paperwork, etc., as well as other general office work.

Checked in individuals auditioning for open calls for the third season of The Voice. Helped organize mass crowds, maintained structured lines and ushered participants to holding areas.

Supported the pre-production stages of the new Discovery Channel show Betting the House. Researched for location shoots, compiled production documents such as crew lists and schedules, and performed general office work.

Assisted in the first season of the new National Geographic show Doomsday Preppers. Transcribed footage, checked expense reports, pulled music and stock footage, edited scripts, as well as performed other general office work.

Supported all aspects of the wardrobe department for the new CBS television series A Gifted Man. Sized, organized, and cleaned wardrobe and performed general office work.

Managed post-production. Performed research, organized small documentary shoots, handled phones, filing, and compiling production documents such as crew lists.

Assisted in all matters of casting for film, television, industrial and print media. Performed general office work, including answering phone calls, filing documents and photographs, coordinating auditions, data entry and booking talent.

Assisted with all aspects of cinematography, production and post-production of video and still shoots, including scheduling, call sheeting, lighting, booming, microphone set-up, camera work, backing up footage, and logging video tapes. Observed Production Coordinator during post-production editing sessions as well as researched funding for additional films.
