I am in charge of all project management aspects of the post workflow. This includes deciding on post workflow for the project, ingesting, syncing, grouping, file management and project structuring, up-resing and exporting for Network. I'm also the Online Editor. Tasks includes blurring, Grading, FX formatting , outputting to broadcast specs.

As we did not have assembly editors on the show I assist with any assemble work needed. These task include: shot finds; Cutting character backstory packages; Picture edits, Laying down musical scores for segments; Cutting segment and episode teasers; Segment cut-downs; Polishing producer cuts; Shot selections; Adding/fixing supers

My tasks included assisting junior assists with Ingesting and transcoding XD, F3, EX, CF and Beta tapes. Grouping, Syncing, Comping, Airouts, Cam Switching, Audio switching, Highlight Reels, adding basic effects, project management and preparing compiles for editors; trouble shooting AVID errors for all post teams

Adding/fixing supers; Picture passes on story pods; Frankengrabs; Cutting segments teasers; Shot finds; First cut-downs; Airouts & Cam-switches; Montage packages; Musical scores for segments; Delivering all material requested by editors and producers to strict deadlines under varied levels of pressure to ensure a smooth workflow for all post departments.

Further to Offline duties I also assist with online-ing episodes through tasks such as play outs, upResing, adding supers.

I also frequently assist with Assemble work such as shot finds, picture edits and laying down musical scores.

My rolls include; Media archive cataloguing and maintenance, controlling the switchboard (synergy 2) for live picture presentation as well as keyed elements, monitoring the audio mixing desk and adjusting the three robotically controlled cameras, all in a fast paced deadline orientated environment with quick turn over of prerecorded and live segments.

I worked closely with the director to select the dailies used. I synchronized all footage to the music and edited the story using the script as a guide but also making relevant changes where needed to improve the overall flow. I assisted in selecting the color palette for the grade.
