Coordinated technological and software issue resolution to ensure project continuity in commercial and film productions such as “Iron Man 3” and “Enders Game.” Set up meetings with VFX artists, technical directors, executives, clients and vendors. Led agenda items in meetings, and recorded notes in order to follow up any outstanding items.

Hired to adapt story idea into a 60-page television pilot. Created show bible for 10 episodes for the first season.

Served as liaison between visiting public and Guest Relations, and guided studio tours on NBC Burbank lot. Also processed ticket requests and coordinated audience admission and seating at “The Tonight Show with Jay Leno,” where I served as the officer-in-charge of NBC pages.

Assisted in audio and visual equipment and transport of talent, and kept track of script continuity and slate for scenes and takes.
