Performed runs to prepare and prepped. Went on Tech Scout with breakfast and snacks for agency and crew. Took lunch orders for agency Pre-Pro. Built video village and bought select magazines for agency. Wardrobe returns. Drove drives to and from set and edit house.

Set up Pre LIght the day before shooting. Coffee run for agency and other crew. Brought talent to and from set. Took down props and other art for art department. Locked up during shots.

Sat in on Pre-Pro meeting. Performed runs while in office. Built storyboards on black foam board. Moved cars while on set for different shots throughout the day. Kept in close contact with 1st AD as to what was needed.

Set up drink trays for Agency. Opened office for client, producer and casting. Took lunch orders and ordered lunch for all crew. Made runs as necessary. Made Starbucks runs for Agency.

I performed lock up duties on busy street corners and rural neighborhoods. Set up for wardrobe, production and crafty. Drove a stake bed truck with plywood to and from set. Performed returns of all the production equipment after shooting. Helped in office with wrap and pick ups.

Prepared job log for daily status meetings. Built reels for different directors. Rolled calls. Maintained travel and calendars for three executives including the President. Remained in contact with line producers on different jobs. Maintained emails of different executives.

Wrapped blue screen and other grip equipment after interviews at Comic Con 2013. Packed van of grip driver.

Took breakfast orders for talent. Performed lock up throughout house. Made sure talent was comfortable in green room and gave them anything they needed. In close contact with agency for talent.

Performed lock ups in downtown LA. Set up production and wardrobe stations for crew.

Locked up throughout house. Picked up lunch and second meal for crew. Set up props and other art for art department. Cleaned up entire house after shoot.

Performed lock up of cars exiting hotel. Drove stake bed tuck to and from set. Locked up store front in Beverly Hills. Set up wardrobe.

Checked in actors as they arrived for their call back. Took lunch orders for crew.

Took coffee orders for crew. Ran hard drives from edit bay in hotel to location. Sat in on edit bay sessions of material from that day.
