Coordinated transportation for approx. 250 filmmakers into and around the city to private events during the New Orleans Film Festival. Interviewed & Hired drivers. Created routes, drivers schedules & PA 's schedule on a daily basis from 8 sources. Worked with transportation companies to coordinate additional transportation as needed.

Act as the go between to ensure a smooth event for the Solomon Group, Essence team, my client/sponsor which was State Farm & attendees. Assisted in restocking inventory for giveaways, managing crowd control, transporting talent to and from booth, and assisting with any requests between teams and the sponsor.

Operated & recorded testimonials with a Panasonic HVX Camera. Assisted producer with lighting and set up of testimonial shoots. Assisted editor in editing testimonies via Final Cut Pro X software.
