Distribute those assets to the design team in a timely manner • Assigning files to freelance designers and storyboard artists and monitoring their progress, especially for musical sequences and 2-minute shorts • Coordinating the preparation of pre-production materials for shipping; completing lead sheets, shipping logs and organizing and labeling files • Confirming shipments to our overseas animation studio, Titmouse Canada and state-side studio, Exit 73. • Coordinate and assemble episodes to be physically shipped to animation studio Digital eMation, Inc. in Korea. Followed up by scheduling monthly video conferences with the studio and each episode’s Director • Upload and organize assets (audio, meeting notes, storyboard pro files, etc.) to our production server daily. Also constantly cleared any unnecessary assets to add server space • Upload all episode assets to FTP for Digital eMation, Inc. • Manage the placement of artists during the season as well as rolling them off at the end of the season with the help of Production Manager • Notify supervising directors and writers when storyboards need review • Coordinate storyboard launches and animatic lock meetings with writers, directors, artists and production teams • Report any missing new lines during the animatic locking process • Liaise with design and timing departments on when an episode will be locked and conform storyboards into PDFs for them • Track the status of episodes using Excel and provide progress reports to Producers twice a week
