Distributed, collected and organized all NDA's for crew, distributed credentials for 2 prep days and 1 shoot day, responsible for walkies, assisted as Office PA under production coordinators and line producer, kept the crowd in-bounds during the show.

Maintained the production office, coordinated all housing, travel, transportation, equipment pickups/returns, invoices/payments, petty cash and payroll for whole cast and crew. Assisted Producer and Unit Production Manager.

Assisted with all pre-production duties including securing locations, hiring crew, coordinating equipment pickups/returns, budget, schedule. During production I created call sheets, secured locations for the following shoot days, on-set point person for any questions/concerns that came up. Supervised editing.

Assisted the producer with research, securing interviews, hiring crew, payroll and all accounting, delivering the film to HBO with all requirements/deliverables completed, assited with distribution of first film, GASLAND.
