Location scouting; scheduling shoot days for cast, crew and vendors; arranging arrival and departure of A-list celebrities; developing and distributing daily call sheets; organizing multiple inbound and outbound Muppet shipments; facilitating script changes; supervision/distribution of daily scripts.

Managed on-location stage and production office for nearly 3 months. Managed a team of 15 production assistants. Helped PM & LP execute shooting schedules daily. (Game Show) - Responsible for developing theme and writing entire script for individual episodes; cold call contestants, screen, and interview possible show contestants; book talent; prep and brief talent for show on tape days; produce and coach all six contestants on set during episode taping.

Fremantle Media dating show, 1 season. Coordinated, scripted, and shot “Day in the Life” background packages for each eligible, single contestant in locations all over Los Angeles and Malibu to show what a typical day in their life is like. These background packages were inserted into each episode.

Episode: Journey to Area 51 Episode. Followed the journey to Area 51 border and confrontation with armed guards. Extensive investigative, reality show type coverage; conducted and shot interviews; wrote background packages and collected hours of B-Roll throughout the Las Vegas desert and the city.

Fremantle Media, game show shot in the dark with infrared cameras; assisted with live props, (fish, crab, salamanders); assisted with development; design and construction of sets that were used to terrify and confuse the show’s contestants.

CBS Films feature shot in San Pedro, CA. Closed entire downtown area to shoot a 70’s flashback scene; assisted with immediate, on set needs for cast and crew; crowd control around numerous, intense and dangerous car chase scenes.

Responsible for editing and distributing an entire custom flight DVD from a six-camera shoot for distribution within 4 days to 35 passengers of a commercial “weightless” airline experience.

Production company in Las Vegas; heavily involved in camera operation and editing of final product; part of crew that served numerous clients such as hotels, headliners, casinos, conventions and any show coming through town to do their “Vegas Episode;” handled shoots and edits for multiple clients at the same time.
