Assist showrunner in online process and helped QC episodes.

Only AP for an entire first season cooking show. Watched all footage (8 episodes, 3 cooks each) and markered all cooks with the most important story points, process, and personal stories to assist producers and streamline the stringout process. Researched, sourced & cleared hundreds of social media videos, nostalgic commercials, and movie clips needed for all 8 episodes. Created an organized system to track cleared footage.

Responsible for researching, sourcing, and obtaining thousands of acquired videos, social media posts, personal pictures, and news articles for an entire season of a very clearance-heavy docuseries. Tracked all acquired materials and worked with show AEs to organize footage into show projects. Created scene stringouts and assisted producers in pulling bites.

Pulled all clips and strung out supertease for season 9 of a popular baking show on Food Network. Worked with editors to improve and refine the supertease, including making EP and network pulls. Created detailed markers of all bakes in the series to help producers build stringouts. Acquired all personal photos needed throughout the series and worked with clearance supervisor to ensure proper clearance was obtained.

Created stringouts of verite scenes and pulled interview bites and selects for producers. Sourced hundreds of file video clips, social media comments, and news/magazine articles. Worked with clearance supervisor to clear applicable footage and created a system to organize all footage and track clip usage in all episodes.

Tracked and developed story arcs for celebrities, conducted weekly master interviews and conducted daily OTF’s. Kept the story team updated regarding any major developments in cast story. Established and maintained relationships with celebrities.
