Assisted the UPM with excel spreadsheets, put together episodic trailer breakdowns, organized budgets and quotes received, answered phones and rolled calls, assisted him on set when needed, kept episode binders and other paperwork up to date.

Answered phones, organized kitchen, made copies and filed paperwork, uploaded paperwork onto Fox’s database Doczilla, dealt with cast/stunt contracts, made runs to and from set and wherever necessary among many other tasks.

Filled in for absent assistants including rolling calls, organizing schedules, and reading scripts. Reception duties, handled mail, cleaned kitchen, errands, proofed coverage, opened/closed office, ordered office supplies, video rentals, coordinated schedule for a creative executive, helped in IT department and with any other tasks presented to me.

Intern to Director Ron Howard. Pulled and delivered sides from script, labeled dailies, created and delivered meals to key crew members (including Mr. Howard), ran important errands, secured lock-ups, took opportunities to learn from crew members by asking questions, aiding in their tasks, and observing.
