Worked with PAs to ensure the stage was well maintained and housekeeping was in order. Also responsible for event security through managing ID badges and guest list.

Worked alongside the producer to ensure that everything ran smoothly during a tight filming schedule that included multiple "episodes," directors, and casts for a digital short series.

Handled a wide variety of tasks in support of the research department/production team including but not limited to invoices, runs, helping on set tracking media shipments etc.

Served as both an on set PA and the 2nd AD juggling a wide variety of tasks over a busy series of day and night shoots working in multiple roles as needed to help ensure that the project was completed within our very strict timeframe.

Served in a multitude of roles within a small crew including managing props and helping with lighting. Also responsible for maintaining indoor and outdoor locations, as well as equipment during "gorilla style" shoots.

Helped to stage each scene and ensure the location was returned to it's original state after the shoot. Helped with set-ups, tear downs, and resets. Maintained child safety standards at all times, and packaged and tracked props and scenery for return to various prop houses.

Served the art department and prop master with duties that included tracking organizing and arranging props. Preparing sets/props for filming, and general PA duties as needed.

Served primarily as the office PA helping coordinate and prepare for three separate shoots, managing paperwork, schedules etc. Also assisted with casting, editing, and on set working in multiple capacities as needed to ensure a smooth production process.

Duties included driving set cars, coordinating large amounts of release forms during shooting at an event, set ups/take downs, security, and helping track and organize paperwork, receipts etc.

Assisted the Editor on multiple projects using Final Cut 7. The main projects were arts based and included dance performances and a multi-video campaign for Americans for the Arts. Outside of editing I also spent time on set, serving as both a Production Assistant and Script Supervisor as needed.

Saw to the needs of actors, transportation of prop vehicle, general set-up/break-down, set security, and assisted the producers as needed.
