Handle Talent's needs and keep them on time heading to Hair and Makeup, heading to the stage for rehearsals, and getting them anything they may need. I was also in charge of making sure all the celebrity guest were taken care of and knew where they needed to be and were comfortable. I was also the Stage Manager's assistant, I helped him make sure everything on set was where it needed to be, and handled the needs of the Producers and executives while we were filming the talk show segments. We communicated through LP's and Walkie's to make sure we were handling everything and communicating with all parts of the production team seamlessly.
