Created and developed a multimedia project on Haitian migrant women and their stateless children in the Dominican Republic. The site vwafanm.glocalstories.org features the multimedia stories developed by the trained women and University of Miami graduate students. The project was an Online News Association (ONA) finalist in the Multimedia Feature Presentation, Student in 2011. Roles and responsibilities: * Executive Producer of the "Vwa Fanm Project" which trained and empowered 12 Haitian women with storytelling skills. * Provided one on one mentorship to each women while developing their stories. * Produced, co-directed, shot and edited two documentaries: "12 Cameras" on the behind the scenes of the workshop and "Crossing Hispaniola" focused on the issue of migration on this island. * Invited professional photographers and filmmakers to train the women. * Provided logistical support for UM students to travel to the Dominican Republic to mentor the women and do stories on each one of them. * Served as liaison between the Knight Center and the Jesuit Refugee and Migrant Service in the DR and Haiti.

Co-produced and co-directed shoots in Japan and Lebanon and participated in China shoot as a cinematographer. The Global Lives Project is a nonprofit organization consisting of filmmakers and photographers, programmers and engineers, architects and designers, students and scholars. The mission of the organization is to collaboratively build a video library of human life experience that reshapes how individuals conceive of cultures, nations and people outside of their own communities.
