Serve as assistant to the owner and president of the company. I keep all files/databases organized, roll calls, take notes, manage two executive calendars, collaborate with producers and agents, etc.

 Assist the camera operator during hockey games, commencement ceremonies, and various events held at the arena. Includes lighting set up, coiling and organizing camera cables, and sound checks  Assist the director of live events with keeping time, queuing title cards onto the scoreboard, and monitoring the webcast of events

 Provide assistance to video production department  Collaborate with senior crew members on campus productions for lectures, promotional videos, B-roll footage  Assembling and setting up equipment on sets  Conduct in-office work such as media logging and digitizing footage, video duplication, videotape library organization, data imputing to FileMaker database, videotape labeling.
