I was responsible for casting talent for segments, hiring Production Assistants (50) were needed. Handling day to day office operations. Ordering Food for the weekend shoots to accommodate almost 300 Cast & Crew Members. Responsible for paying caterers, and making sure the invoices were received by the PM and EP. Coordinating 75 Chinese Crew & Contestants into their production vehicles with the help of a translator.

Write notes during the taping of the show while listening in on the IFB, and watching the monitors. Responsible for typing up the notes onto a spreadsheet using Excel, including Time Codes, Cameras used, talent, descriptions and beats.

Assist the crew with their immediate needs. Communicate with Line Producer if any problems arose. Responsible for release forms. Organizing meals. Kept Producers on schedule. Assisted Talent with their immediate needs.

Drove a 15 passenger van. Picking up and dropping off talent and other crew members. Shopped for , set-up and broke down crafty. Assisted Script writers, and producers with immediate needs. Set-Up dressing rooms for talent.

Set-up/ Break down Directors cart including FBE's. Set Up bridal boutique for taping. Responsible for logging/organizing bridal gowns. Ordered lunch for crew daily. Broke down set daily to ensure the bridal boutique was back in it's original setting.

Set-Up/Breakdown Craft Services, Responsible for Car pick-ups/drop offs, Worked Cue Cards during taping. Responsible for keeping defendants and prosecutor in holding. Responsible for Talent Wardrobe.

Worked closely with Stage Manager to ensure all talent were in place. Responsible for bringing Talent from point A to point B including stage performances, interviews, wardrobe, hair & make-up. Responsible for preparing green rooms for special guests. Responsible for people count, head-set retrieval, and running errands throughout the city.

I worked as a volunteer during their On-Air Live Fundraising Campaigns with the stations General Manager Bob Olive. I was responsible for giving the on-air talent their cues; as well as working closely with all guests.
