• Work with creative and account teams, PM’s, vendors and clients to create and follow agreed-upon production and delivery schedules for broadcast television, radio, video content and print production • Request, review and reconcile bids from 3rd party production vendors • Build out project budgets, bids and robust broadcast production plans • Collaborate with creative team prior to client presentations to ensure that concepts are viable to produce both within budget and on time • Partner with Directors to solve production challenges and deliver on the creative • Leads estimate preparation and management of PO’s and procurement process • Sourcing/hiring and managing freelance crew and vendors on a per-project basis • Managing and/or handling location scouting, permitting • Talent casting and booking • Day-to-day broadcast vendor liaison • Tracking project budgets and reporting actuals • Management of recording and post-production process • Broadcast quality assurance lead
