Jared Voss

I am responsible for all location audio duties. Filming locations so far have included both Chicago and Virginia Beach, for the National Judo Championships.

I was instrumental in the development of this weekly music and comedy showcase, which ran for 100 episodes. In addition to handling the booking, releases and other producer responsibilities, I was also an on-camera host and audio engineer.

I was responsible for recording the sound for 3 interviews, as part of Nike's "Always On" campaign, as well as some ambiences and foley sounds for B-roll video.

I was responsible for the recording/mixing of all Chicagoland area scenes. This being a smaller production, I was also responsible for boom operation.

Coordinated and facilitated all pre-production meetings between JP Records and Shrug House. I held positions at both companies- lead engineer at JP Records and a partner and producer at Shrug House. During the shooting days, I cleared all locations, arranged transportation, handled budgets, and co-directed with Rich Wolf (aka "Sandals").

I was the main boom operator on this production, and occasionally was responsible for sound mixing and recording.
