Basic duties such as answering/screening phone calls, screening mail, ordering lunch, recording of meetings, coordinating travel, setting up weekly schedules and meetings. Assisted two additional producers in casting, pre-production, and various on-set duties.

Assisted in developing programs, activities, and program training. Revised and redesigned Student Assistant training program. Provided guidance, leadership and supervision to all Undergrad & Graduate assistants. Maintained the MonsterTrak database for Undergrad, Graduate students, & Alumni in their job searches.
