Manage a casting team comprised of four Casting Producers, four Associate Casting Producers, seven nationwide Casting Recruiters and three Casting Editors. Provide assistance to Supervising Casting Producer with maintaining budgets, purchase orders, and expense reports. Manage and organize of google docs database and three casting servers. Oversaw the distribution and collection of due diligence (i.e. network contracts, appearance releases, medical exams, psych evaluations.) HR and Accounting duties that include compiling and supervising the completion of start paperwork, timecards, day off request, employee reimbursements, petty cash/card reconciliation. Coordinate travel and lodging for casting team as well as casting finalist. Execute finals week for 100+ casting finalists. Provide Head of Casting and Supervising Casting Producer with administrative support when needed.

Coordinate all PR and advertising needs pertaining to casting. Develop and create social media content. Assist in the execution of graphic design materials using Pages, Photoshop, and other design-focused programs. Provide support to Casting Manager and Casting producers. Coordinate and compose digital materials needed for nationwide semi-final closed calls. Maintain and catalog master spreadsheets.

Provide support to Talent Manager. Provide talent's representation with call times, production call sheets, scripts, and other details pertaining to production shoot days. On-set liaison between talent, talent representation, and producers.

Liaison between booking agency, network executives, and showrunners. Negotiate talent fees between talent's representation and booking agency. Oversee execution of talent contracts, hospitality riders, and talent allowances (HMU, wardrobe, etc.) Interface with high-profile talent on a global scale due to series' creative featuring celebrities from over ten countries. Maintain a level of confidentiality, discretion, and security due to the echelon of talent attached.

Manage show's host, Chris Bridges (aka Ludacris) as well as show's resident Youtuber Rudy Mancuso. The go-between of producers, network executive, and SAG/AFTRA labor union. Responsible for the clearance of all on-air talent through SAG/AFTRA. Oversaw the completion of all talent paperwork: Exhibit G, W-9, 590, medical forms, and SAG/AFTRA performer contract. Coordinating and managing all car service, airfare, lodging, and ground transportation. Manage a team of six Talent Wranglers, as well as designated production assistants. Coordinate delivery and furnishing of on-set star wagons along with the implementation of hospitality riders. Responsible for tracking and logging talents hours for SAG/AFTRA purposes. Assist Production Manager with talent payment process. Maintain a level of professionalism, affability, and refinement. Interface with high profile talent: Keith Urban, Nicky Jam, Bebe Rexha, DNCE, and more.

Provide support to Casting Manager. Coordinate travel and lodging accommodations for show's casting finalists, 70+ applicants. Maintain and organize master spreadsheets as well as the master server. Work closely with Executive Producers to track and sustain travel budget.

Provide administrative support to the casting department. Support Casting Manager with the execution of due diligence. Responsible for domestic and international advertising and marketing promotions concerning casting. Assist in casting outreach. Maintain an outreach database of over 8K+ Provide support in the planning and coordinating of nationwide casting efforts including five closed casting calls (Seattle, Atlanta, Chicago, Los Angles, New York) and one open casting call (New York).

Due Diligence: Network Contracts, Agreements, Releases, etc. Coordinate, track, and maintain budget for social media advertising campaigns (Facebook, Instagram). Outreach & Recruitment. Coordinate & schedule nationwide closed casting call.

Assist in photography for/of events, activities, etc. for the use in digital publications, social media, and other digital platforms. Assist with coordination of talent and digital influencers for media coverage, interviews, Twitter, Instagram, etc. Assist with Digital & Social Media Department's online presence via Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Blogs, and more, as directed by department head. Assist with the development and implementation of PR plans for/of events, concerts, interviews, etc. with senior management.

Coordinate and schedule nationwide closed calls. Create and coordinate distribution of pitch presentation materials. logging and transcribing, as needed. Act as interface between casting team, network, and producers. Proofread one sheets, pitch pages, and other pitch materials. Coordinate completion and archival of all pertinent releases ( Appearance, Photos & Images, Location, Venue, etc). Familiar with ShortAudition casting software. Heavy phone and outreach.

Serve as liaison between talent, producers, network executives, and stage crew. Coordinator with Stage Manager and Production Manager to iron out all details to have a successful shoot. Adept at maintaining databases and documents. Coordinate transportation and lodging for talent. Able to work work unsupervised, make independent decision, and extremely detail-oriented.

Maintain high level of discipline and organization. Assist Production Manager with duties, responsibilities, and other production necessities. Strong sense of computer and scheduling skills; familiar with Movie Magic Software. Point person to production crew; effectively communicate clearly and possess strong team leading abilities. Coordinate and maintain all relevant production paperwork (Start paperwork, Purchase Orders, Releases, Timecards, etc.) manage production office environment. Coordinate agency talent and models with transportation, call times, shooting locales, and more. Assist in model casting calls; from set-up to wrap out.
