Jean Montgomery

• Worked directly below Co-EP during pre-production through post for Season 15 – Season 21. • Produced live in-show commercials with talent and live voting Instant Save. • Produced and handled all in-person fans and large remote affiliate hits for live Fan Week show. • Interfaced with all levels of staff and served as the first point of contact for show as liaison between production and network for PR, website, app, talent, and post departments. • Worked closely with talent to write bios for NBC.com and shout-outs for local NBC affiliates. • Reviewed all scripts and cuts to confirm accuracy and continuity and handled all press clips and delivery under strict deadlines. • Created, maintained, and distributed various master show documents and grids such as run-of-day sheets, talent lists, internal department information, special projects, and research.

• Head of Department in charge of all domestic and international flights, lodging, event space, and per diem for up to 400+ people at once across multiple locations for Season 4 - Season 14. • Responsible for all department negotiations, legal contracts, and correspondence between show, hotels, and travel agents. • Updated, maintained, and tracked travel budget amidst ever-changing production schedule.

• Story Producer on “Underwater Action”, a reality show about underwater fashion photography. • Conducted talent field interviews, maintained storyboard, and scouted/locked locations for shoots.

• Produced and edited web stories, morning cut-ins, and wrote anchor reads. • Worked as Field Producer and Floor Director for live TV studio broadcasts and specials. • Assisted on-camera talent with scheduling, coordinating shoots, and administrative tasks as needed.

-Researched, interviewed, reported and edited all stories for Jean's Journal. Awarded Second Place in South Carolina Press Association 2009 Video Competition.
