- Responsible for overseeing digital video productions and projects. - Assign necessary resources to meet established deadlines and quality standards including; scheduling crew members to assist on productions. Oversee the creation of digital productions through: * Writing treatments and storyboards * Creating production planning briefs * Identifying production resources including equipment and crew * Coordinates production logistics * Delivering and distributing final asset - In collaboration with Communications and Engagement team and ETV Team members, determines project initiation, prioritization, assignments, timeline, and identifies opportunities. - Help identify opportunities, production needs, and ways to strategically communicate services, programs, vision, and values through digital production, digital platforms, and cable distribution. - Work to maintain cohesive production planning, process, and standards. This includes editing, shooting video, branding, style, and graphics. - Discover, research, socialize, implement, and train team members on new tactics, techniques, platforms, and functions for effective digital production storytelling including a focus on accessibility and inclusion. - Evaluate and provide equipment recommendations to the Communications and Engagement Director and ETV Manager - In coordination with all production teammates, ensure equipment is well maintained, returned, accounted for, and organized. - Direct other team members with community video/digital production including filming, and pre and post-production as assigned.

- Create and manage multimedia production plans and logistics for; monthly member stories, new club openings, other brand/editorial communication needs and executive videos to ensure seamless execution. - Serve as a strategic multimedia partner to editorial, social and internal teams. Collaborate to build deeper brand loyalty and connections with team members, members and prospects. - Edit photos and videos using Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and After Effects. - Actively participate in video and photo shoots as a videographer and/or production assistant. - Analyze and report on content monthly through a monthly dashboard, managing data collection and metrics to strategically consider new ways of achieving higher performance rates. - Manage archiving all media assets, organized storage, and delivery across multiple channels.

- Maintain and manage overall digital and online branding/presence of LeafLine Labs across platforms and media. - Produce digital assets including photography, videography, motion graphics and static graphics. - Update and maintain SEO strategy for website, blog and social media. - Develop social media strategies and campaigns that fit into LeafLine Labs’ outlined marketing objectives. - Create, schedule, and manage platform-specific content for social media platforms (including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, andYouTube) - Collaborate with coworkers across all departments to ideate content for social platforms.

- Assist producers and photographers in all aspects of photography to ensure shoots run smoothly. - Set up and maintain camera and lights. - Document and save records of camera, lighting and set-ups. - Help maintain file management, retouching of images, archiving, file delivery, documentation and paperwork. - Trouble shoot cameras, computers, or lighting equipment issues as needed. - Maintain cleanliness of studio and organization of gear at the studio.

Transport crew and talent from airport to hotel. Provide transportation from hotel to venues. Make runs to get equipment, crafty, meals for crew, and anything else required for production. Help on set as needed. Assist with loading and unloading of equipment.
