• Fulfill all needs of the company from both a Production and Development standpoint • Coordinate multiple film projects simultaneously while taking on both professional and personal assistant duties, utilizing superior time management skills and the ability to prioritize and problem solve on a fast-paced, high-volume desk • Perform all office administrative tasks

• Facilitate and support the creation and development of innovative unscripted formats in every stage of series development • Conceptualize and create presentation materials for creative projects, including pitch books, treatments, one-sheets, decks, etc. • Coordinate casting efforts for projects • Maintain a general awareness of industry trends, formats, talent, and competitive environment

• Fulfill all needs of the company, such as running company errands, filing documents, conduct research for potential shows, find and source materials including photos, statistics and footage. • Serve as assistant to executives, keeping their schedules and coordinating meetings and travel • Act as receptionist for office: answering phones, greeting clients

• Assist with all administrative tasks • script coverage • Serve as Producer Assistant during the distribution and film festival phase of Red Production’s independent film Searching for Sonny, communicating with film festivals to coordinate crew and cast travel as well as sending invitations to the film’s investors/supporters
