Responsible for every detail pertaining to the event’s hospitality needs (e.g. rider requirements, budget, staffing, purchases, set up/tear down, meals, flow, sponsorships) for all dressing rooms, VIP, backstage/back of house areas. Acted as liaison between promoters, managers, etc. Created and completed all reconciliations and reports.

Researched/booked all touring party travel needs. Trained/supervised local staff (production and brand ambassadors). Managed set up/tear down of back of house and activation. Responsible for reports, inventories, credit card/petty cash expenses (e.g. per diems, reimbursements). Oversaw flow of entire activation including MSNBC talent Meet & Greets.

Stage manager for plays and musicals at many theatres across the country. Productions include: She Loves Me, Peter Pan, West Side Story, Dracula, Tevya and his Daughters, Hedda Gabler, The Innocence. Also actor, set build/paint, props, costumes, music director, lighting, sound as needed.

Researched/booked all travel arrangements for 40+ people including pre/post-production, special television appearances, video shoot. Responsible for payment of all expenses pertaining to the tour (e.g., bi-weekly payroll, per diems, petty cash, travel). Maintained thorough records. Coordinated VIP lists and sponsorships. Advanced and oversaw all shows.

Negotiated/contracted music talent line up. Oversaw all technical aspects of the Festival—crew, sound, lighting, staging, backline, security, hotel accommodations, riders, ground transportation, load in/load out. Procured and coordinated: staging, sound/lights, equipment rental, security, vendors, ticketing, advertising and sponsorships. Completed all compensation settlements. Acted as stage manager.

Negotiated/booked live and televised performances for label's roster. Designed and oversaw marketing. Coordinated and oversaw technical aspects of shows (e.g. advertising, sound/lighting, aesthetics, backline, travel, staff/crew). Represented label and supervised all production aspects of the company's high-profile showcases (e.g. APAP, JazzAhead, Lincoln Center Honors, WOMEX).

Negotiated terms and issued legal contracts for music artists’ live and televised performances at various sized venues globally. Designed and oversaw touring in collaboration with managers, artists, labels, publicists, etc. Responsible for deposits and settlements. Procured and coordinated with press/media and corporate sponsors. Company representative at industry conferences/events.

Interviewed national and local celebrities. Wrote feature articles, previews and reviews regarding entertainment on the Monterey California Peninsula for several local newspapers and magazines.
