Startup of a network and a 6 host sports-entertainment talk show. I managed the production management staff, hired the crew, managed hair, make-up and wardrobe for hosts and guests, worked with accounting daily on staff accounts, POs, payroll and vendor invoicing.

Worked on 3 different reality projects, from a christmas specialty show, fun in the mud 6 episode summer show, to a food competition pilot. I managed the buget for each project, hired field crews for each project and procured equipment for all crews.

Field Production Coordinator for The Talk while the show was on two 3 week location shoots in New York and New Orleans. Supported the production offices and managed the production assistants. Procured the vendors in both locations. Oversaw the load-in and load-out for both offices and sets at both location shoots.

Handled payroll and all accounting onsite for show. Hired crew and coordinated with studio facility staff for taping dates. Managed the set up and shut down of the office space as well as studio load-in and load-out. Prepared the daily tape schedules, call sheets and production reports.

Location Production Coordinator for New York location shoot. Handled the set up and shut down of the production office space. Managed the production assistants. Contacted vendors for show necessities. Loaded out set prop pieces for shipment back to LA.
