Cara and I teamed up on this project to Recruit LA Singles for a new dating show pilot. The network had made it clear they did not want to see actors or familiar faces. We not only delivered top quality leads but we filled a 3 week quota in 3 days.

We sourced unsuspecting talent to take place in hilarious pranks with WWE Superstars. We impressed the executive producers, the WWE representatives, and the owner, and creator of Jackass, Jeff Tremaine with our talent.

Rabbit Films recently opened their first US office and I had the honor of setting up everything from their most basic documents and systems to Jukka's personal health insurance for he and his children. I am humbled by the trust put in me to assist in this operation.

My associate and I sourced, contacted, recruited, and interviewed some of the most highly respected but underexposed psychic mediums, paranormal investigative teams, and retired homicide detectives. I edited the footage from these interviews to be used in the final sizzle.

Myself and my team of 4 delivered 180+ young, attractive, and single Los Angeles residents to participate in this brand new game show that portrays social media dating on stage. These Skype and in-person interviews were over the top. We did all of this in just 3 weeks.

The private investigatory skills needed cannot be understated. It was vital to possess the knowhow and willingness to track down participants that had used their millions trying to hide their identity. I was responsible for overseeing a powerful team of 3 while interviewing, editing, and writing one sheets on each candidate.

Having participants drop out at the last minute is never fun. MAC Worldwide Inc and I worked on the pilot of this show, so when they needed 2 episodes cast days before filming, we were the natural choice. Both involving 72 hour rush castings, we over-delivered several replacement candidates to choose from.

I was brought on to this quick casting to help find very very niche participants for a few national commercials.

Through my organizational structure and casting workflow- we were able to receive thousands of applications across 6 different associates in one week. In just 3 days I was able to produce close to 300 fresh leads from LA Residents for our 'focus group' sinaro.

Casting recently divorced individuals to celebrate and recover at a five star resort that is staffed by singles with hospitality experience that we also cast. I provided the bulk of outreach via previous file optimization and various social media channels. Responsible for the project's organizational structure and pre-interviewing selects.

I was brought on at the end of this project to produce new / fresh leads after the companies previous efforts were exhausted. There were also several specific brands of leads they needed here at the tail end of casting. I provided more than my quota of leads in various categories.
