- Pitched creative concepts, games, story ideas and contestants to Show Runner, Co-EP & Supervising Producer bi-weekly - Developed segment ideas, Researched art elements & prizing, Wrote “beat sheets,” and Managed outreach to participants - Casted & Produced participants, as well as collaborated with two others to produce three live field segments per episode

- Supervised daily workflow of PAs, Interns, APOC, Production Coordinator and Stage Coordinator - Managed 60-person crew and coordinated stage activity, as well as created daily production reports - Liaised with multiple Warner Bros. Studio departments - Casted actors for comedy bits and assisted writing staff in obtaining hard-to-find show elements

Coordinated a wide variety of logistics for set load in & load out, as well as helped monitor budgets and hired necessary crew. Booked stage crew, monitored all stage activity, created daily production summaries. Was one of the initial hires and assisted in onboarding an entire new staff & crew.

- Traveled with five person ‘field team’ to over thirty locations and managed all elements of production - Helped manage a ninety-person trip to Australia - Managed office, IT, and telecom needs for staff of 120 - Administered AFTRA docs, start paperwork for staff & crew, and field releases
