This was a two hour special that aired in May. I ran the entire culinary department on this fast paced and challenging show.

In charge of a team of 10 people...taught cooking classes every few days. Spent a great deal of time with the contestants working on their skill set. Responsible for all food related aspects of show, from set decoration, pantry, displays, to equipment.

Worked as part of a team of 4 chefs on this new Gordon Ramsay restaurant renovation show. Responsible for all Menu creation, staff training and food styling.

Styled four shakeology web videos as well as another video for 21 fixate.

Responsible for all aspects of a cooking show, from sourcing ingredients, equipment, set design, styling, etc

Was responsible for all burger recipes, training the host on the recipes, shopping and prepping and food styling for photos.

I was responsible for recipe testing, food styling, shopping and training and working with Ayesha curry on this pilot for the cooking channel.

Was responsible for creating recipes for this 15 part digital series. Other duties included mise en place, shopping and training the host on the recipes.

This is a spin off of the popular man vs child series for the FYI network. Duties are similar to that of other shows in the past.

Responsible for running a department of 6 people for all things food related. From training, to on set work, to food styling, we do anything related to food on this popular show now in its 2nd season.

I was responsible for a small culinary team in Cairo, Egypt working on the middle eastern version of the U.S. show The Taste.

I was the supervising producer on this pilot, that is now heading to series. I Worked with the prodigy chefs to help hone their skills in the kitchen. I was responsible for all food related aspects of the show.

New spinoff of Top Chef, pits past contestants in head to head cooking battles. Each episode has a different theme and three different challenges. I am responsible for all ingredients and pantries for all the challenges and communicating with the chefs and challenge producers to come up with challenge ideas.

Ran a department of 6 people who were solely responsible for putting together the pantries on set & organizing/ordering ALL ingredients for ALL challenges for fast paced cooking competition. Worked with the rest of the culinary team to create plates for camera and to make sure challenges ran smoothly.

Snack-Off is a culinary competition that is centered around the art of snack foods & an ode to all things bad for you. Ran a team of 4 on a daily basis through all culinary operations. Two shows per day are shot, which requires incredible organizational skills and time management.

Ran a team of 13. Set up and styled five cooking demonstrations an episode, building and maintaining four working on set pantries. Responsible for creating all specialty pantries based off of specific challenge themes as well as creating shopping lists for the contestants to “shop” off of for their solo dishes.

Filled in on 2 episodes of this dynamic show as a culinary producer. Duties included working with chefs to finalize their recipes, stocking pantries, organize ingredients and support for the chefs as they were competing.

Responsible for all culinary production. Daily duties included setting up the pantry area on set, sourcing for contestants at various markets, testing contestant recipes and styling food displays.

Responsible for all culinary productions tasks as well as designing, setting up, and running a fully functional teaching kitchen classroom on set. Also responsible for behind the scenes cooking and plating dishes that appeared on camera.
