Act as a first line liaison between performing talent and the Walt Disney Company. Responsible for the scheduling, supervision, transport, safety, and accommodations of talent.

Worked in a studio setting aiding in all aspects of production. Maintained archival files, budget reports, and release forms. Created and updated meeting notes, call sheets and production time lines. Prepared and presented analysis of potential scripts. Offered support to post production team on large scale projects.

Developed and executed video projects for internet distribution. Confirmed ideas and expectations were clear during inter-departmental meetings. Worked with musicians, vendors, and internal clients to create content relevant to both the client's brand and Relix's publication.

Filmed and presented video footage of football exhibition games and training exercises for the use of NFL coaches. Organized media and prepared it for display in a classroom setting, while providing IT support during presentations.
