Collaborated with 2U’s university partners to develop and produce high quality online curriculum content. Developed and produced online content for the University of Southern California, Syracuse University, New York University, the London School of Economics, and Harvard’s Business Analytics program, among others. Applied the learning design framework, methods, and internal processes of the Curriculum and Learning department to achieve instructor satisfaction, high student learning outcomes, and program leadership satisfaction.

Oversaw the production department of Little Monster Media Company. Created the production workflow through which we produced a high volume of digital content. Managed a team of writers, editors, and talent in order to fulfill the production needs of our clients. Oversaw the conceptual pitches, budgeting, and scheduling of each individual project and ensured the high quality and delivery of each video.

- Supported the production workflow for Channel Frederator’s digital production team. - Managed communication between every facet of the production pipeline from scripting to production to post. - Managed a team of freelance researchers, writers, VO artists and editors that all worked together to produce a high volume of quality content for Channel Frederator.

- Technical Support and Client Relations for Casting Directors and Agencies utilizing the CNI software schedule and run commercial auditions. - Oversaw studio auditions with new Casting Directors, created and monitored accounts for new Agencies, and troubleshot the scheduling and audition software as needed. - Assisted in maintaining the casting database in the Los Angeles market (LACasting.com), but also supported the national/NY database (CastingNetworks.com) as well as the San Francisco database (SFCasting.com).
