I locked in the locations, booked the travel for our LA crew, oversaw local hiring of vendors / crew in Houston, processed payroll, managed petty cash, and booked meals.

Liased with production company's attorney in managing releases for TYFA football teams (including all referee's, coaching staff, football players, parents, and fans) and all ancillary locations pertaining to the production. I managed the organization of the digital files on the drive as well as hard copies in their binder.

I was responsible for hiring crew, sourcing all vendors, negotiating contracts, creating and maintaining the production schedule aka "The Wall," overseeing payroll, PO's, and petty cash, and providing four teams with logistical movements involving various modes of transportation including planes, trains, and water craft.

I was the field PM handling the day-to-day operations of shooting in the field, managing my team's schedules, logistics, call sheets, PR's, meals, petty cash, transportation, locations, etc. I provided a fun working atmosphere for a hardworking, dedicated team of professionals.

I was in charge of making sure the director and the field team had their gear ready to shoot on arrival, tapes were labeled, batteries were charged, van was filled with gas, locations were pre-released, lunch orders were filled, supplies were ordered / replenished, and all petty cash was updated daily.
