My duties included assisting the grip and camera department, takedown and assembly of production materials and assisting the art department with materials prep.

Temporary Office PA. Was responsible for handling one calendar and partially handling a second calendar for two senior level employees. Was responsible for shipping, assembling data, and documenting the transfer of numerous production binders to remote storage facilities. Was responsible for updating all calendars, budgets and paperwork for all shows in production and analyzing accounting information for various game shows.

Assisted with the production of a concert featuring six bands at the Forum arena in Los Angeles. Duties included transporting materials to and from the venue, acting as a liaison between production headquarters and the Line Producer during the event and delivering contracts and forms.

I was responsible for coordinating runs for the crew and Executive Producer on and off the set.

I was responsible for delivering instruments and materials to band-members, transportation coordination and art department assistance.

I was responsible for running paperwork, transporting actors and crew members, and picking up and delivering equipment.
