The Moon was a popular comedy variety show unique to the New York scene which incorporated a style closer to The Muppet Show than your average comedy line up. Two suited hosts would start the show, but what followed was a narrative throughline written and featuring an ensemble of comedic actors that would take the show to a conclusion, where storylines were new every time and followed different characters over a narrative arch. It featured several varied guest acts per show, from unique music to circus performers, writers, artists, to the city's top comedians, including David Cross, Janeane Garofalo, Michael Showalter, Reggie Watts, Kate Beaton, Jonathan Ames, Andrew WK, Har Mar Superstar, Jena Friedman, Kristen Schaal, and many more. The show also incorporated many original videos and multi-media sequences. I was a writer, performer and producer of the monthly live event. I booked and curated all the comedians and performers, managed the space with the venue, ran promotions (internet and print) and social media, and managed the guest talent. As part of an ensemble of writers and performers I wrote episode scripts with multiple drafts in an intense weekly writing process, and saw the show to completion every month, including procuring probs and costumes and anything else needed.

In charge of network deliverables including transcripts, final continuity scripts, graphics logs, chyron logs, archival trackers, organizing releases, and music cue sheets.

Cognac was a monthly residency at Under St. Marks Theater that produced a new hour-long episode of a radio show performed live in the style of a Prairie Home Companion radio program, including foley sound design. Every consisted of several original sketches and often a long radio play.
