• General assistant duties: answering phones, managing calendars and submitting expense reports • Submitted purchase orders requests in SAP and reconciled P-cards for the department • Operated the marketing department’s tape room, including patching and recording live fiber-optic feeds and dubbing tapes and DVDs. • Created and distributed documents for A/V finishing
