As PA, I assisted grip and lighting as well as camera and sound. As the local liaison I coordinated meals, gear pickups and drop offs and crafty runs. I was also responsible for obtaining appearance releases from the on-air talent.

As Key PA I was placed to assist directly to production management including gear setup, crafty runs, appearance releases and more.

As Key PA I was in charge of all audio including wiring talent, assisting two cameras and media management.

I was immediately bumped up (with pay) to Key PA as soon as the production manager and I had a five minute talk. As Key PA I was in charge of the other PA's in crew assigning tasks and assisting the producers and production team directly.

I was the field PA for a crew of six. I took on traditional tasks in addition to providing a wealth of knowledge for the lay of the local land. I was also in charge of petty cash, expense forms and planning crew meals.

I assisted each position on set, from production to camera.

I was responsible for meals, crafty, runs and assisting grip.

As production assistant I coordinated lunches, rental vehicles and gear for a crew of five. I drove the crew around Miami to scheduled locations and handled all crafty and requested items.
