Production Stage Manager for Entertainment in The Wizarding World of Harry Potter. Coordinated and guided rehearsals for 4 separate entertainment elements in 3 park locations with over 100 performers between them. Assisted two directors during rehearsal process through Grand Opening. Led a team of stage managers, technicians and performers through rehearsal, the Grand Opening Gala, Ribbon Cutting Ceremony and into regular daily operations.

Oversight of Lower Lot area for Halloween Horror Nights; Provided guidance and support to 5 venue supervisors with a total of 75-85 “Scareactor” performers reporting to them; Responded to and investigated guest/performer altercations and recommended course of action to Loss Prevention and Senior Management staff.

Supervised a maze venue for Halloween Horror Nights event; Provided direction and supervision for 25-30 Halloween performers; Responded to guest incidents; Coordinated with technical and production departments to address maintenance and repair to maze elements.

Production Stage Manager for Six City tour to People's Republic of China. Coordinated with Technical Director and Associate Producer to load in and run theatrical docudrama in Chinese venues. Called show during performances. Assisted with lighting, set, props and projection load in.

Setup of rehearsal space, recording of props and set positions and reporting changes to propmaster, operating playback for rehearsals, costume deliveries and pickups, lunch runs. On day of telecast, assisting Production Coordinator in wrangling dancers, ensuring calls are received by all dancers for all rehearsals and final live broadcast.

Supervised and expedited daily make-up and wardrobe process for all special event performers. Prepared daily hair and makeup schedules to ensure all staff and vendors understood daily expectations with regard to timing and schedule.

Supervised one of several camera locations for live and live-to-tape press standups for the Cars Land Grand Opening press event. Ensured location stayed on schedule and coordinated hits with the camera truck.
