Training, supervising and managing the Student Technicians. Responsible for overseeing the operations of the HelpDesk as well as serving as senior tier 1 and 2 analyst. Provide support for incident resolution and requests reported to the HelpDesk: Gathering information over phone or email. Providing basic troubleshooting for known issues. Initiating remote session to further troubleshoot and diagnose. Creating a positive customer support experience.
