• Writing weekly news articles on science and tech-related events, photographing visiting dignitaries and personages, and producing video and animated content for AAAS.org, the web page for the world’s largest general scientic society • Coordinating and working with numerous AAAS offices, departments, and project managers to create and promote quality, shareable multimedia web content • Attending local and out-of-state annual meetings and working with AAAS partners at the Department of State, among other places, to promote programs such as the Global Innovation Through Science and Technology (GIST) initiative • Writing press releases, doing media relations and securing interviews at Spanish-language media outlets, and translating articles from English to Spanish • Utilizing the open source CMS Drupal and custom HTML layouts for publishing content online. Creating interactive infographics through Infogr.am

Summary
