SPLIT SECOND is a taut, incendiary dramatic play that explores the emotional and societal fallout when a respected Black police officer losses his cool and about an individual facing a crisis of conscience. The intent of this production (which will utilize post-show"town hall" style talkbacks along with social media (Periscope/Twitter, FaceBook, etc) to stimulate a national dialogue about the issues of race presented in the play and how they mirror what is currently happening in American society. It is my intent to utilize this play as a jumping off point for conversation (about race, class, police/community relations, etc.) that I hope will lead to healing and a greater understanding of one another, one community at a time.* *(The show is designed to tour in order to engage this conversation across the United States one community at at time)

Sole producer and UPM on music video for “EVERYDAY”, the new single from up and coming singer, Jordan Buie. Responsible for all crewing, casting, pre-production budget and all pre-production and production logistics. (CONTRACT POSITION – WRAPPED OCT 28TH)

Served as Executive Producer and Director. Responsible for all aspects of project production including but not limited to project development, fund-raising, investor solicitation and marketing. (i.e.: optioned and development of script, fundraising, casting, crewing, etc) (currently seeking distribution)

Responsible for all aspects of production including but not limited to hiring & managing talent and crew; fundraising & development, including grant writing & crowdfunding initiatives. Developing and executing marketing & publicity/public relations strategies for moving film through distribution.

Responsible for all aspects of the film including but not limited to: final casting and crew positions; identifying and securing the film's entire budget, (which is right under $200,000); developing and executing viable fundraising, marketing and distribution strategies and seeing the project through from pre-production to distribution.
