Oversaw races in duration of all flights to efficiently clear course of all drones and debris in between heats. Communicated with fellow drone runners and pit workers in order to most effectively move forward throughout the scheduling. Built entire race course in a matter of two days while demolishing it in 3 days. Drove drone pilots, and crew safely to airport to depart back home.

Dumped all RED magmas throughout filming for safe keeping and to allow fluid transitions and less wasted time for the camera crew. Copied information twice for precautionary backups and named and organized all footage into dailies to best benefit the future editor. Award Winning short film.

Assisted production team in anything they needed ranging from craft services, driving cast and crew to different locations, running for necessary supplies, and cleaning locations. Provided necessary assistance to both production, camera, hair/makeup and costuming departments. Communicated strongly to other production assistants as well as our supervisors to ensure that producers/directors or other individuals could focus solely on their jobs to give us the best possible working environment.

Made necessary runs to pick up supplies or individuals needed immediately for shooting, Moved from location to location to best prepare them prior to shooting to speed up the filming process as much as possible. Helped build and take down sets. Updated the clapper board while using it to keep the production team on schedule and organized as possible.

Organized, labeled and sorted through all footage and sound shot from a RED to more clearly allow the editors to visualize the tools they had in front of them. Synced all footage to outside audio to allow completely clear and unblemished sound. Cut footage and constructed sequences from many different shots to help the viewers best visualize the scenes and emotions taking place. Used creative freedom to make some executive decision on how to best tell the story.
