Responsible in assisting Locations Casting through prep and coordinate prep of Extras Casting. Includes creating, managing, and editing audition and callback sessions, actor media, attending production meetings, determining extras breakdowns and promoting local hire background artists for filming period.

Lead Extras Coordinator. Involves Pre-Production castings/organizing, booking, scheduling, managing wardrobe fittings, coordinating, and on-set wrangling of extras. Challenges included coordinating 100+ recurring background characters requiring specific appearances, wardrobe appointments, and specialty skill sets in weapons and horseback riding. Also coordinating the casting, booking, and travel for Comanches to work as background artists throughout the season.

Lead Extras Casting Coordinator. Involves the booking, scheduling, coordinating, and on-set wrangling and sign in/paperwork management for over 1,000 extras. Challenges included coordinating extras through active military base requiring several layers of regulation and restrictions to maintain and organize, 12 consecutive Double Up Days in different cities, week-long night shoots, hiring and securing qualified individuals and maintaining safety of extras around gunfire, explosions, black smoke, etc. Assisted in coordinating 200 refugees safely through process that were unable to speak English
