Distribution of walkies, setting up tables for lunch, fire watch, assisted Art department

Assistant on runs, clean up, set up and removable of tables and chairs for lunch, stand-in, ask people in cars to turn down their music and ask trucks nearby to stop idling. Distribute walkies.

Helped set up the decorations at each of the four locations a couple of hours before the event. Helped check -in guests and IDs for 21 and over event: Day of the Dead Glow Party at Spain Restaurant.

Assisted in the VIP tent

Assisted guests helped them find the restrooms, ticket taker, gave updates when the theaters were switched or the film's were running off schedule, assisted by picking up supplies from the filmmaker's lounge, also helped volunteers get signed in, sign the indemnity form, got them their t-shirts and lanyards.

Helped clean and setup the background and props for the scenes, removed unwanted items, stayed quiet and out of the way during filming, setup food service for the crew, put food and other items out when needed and away at the end of the day.

Greeting and Helping patrons, ticket taking, merchandise sales (posters & t-shirts), cashiering, concessions, re-stocking bathroom supplies, errand runner, some cash handling, etc.
