(Memphis) Assisted with prep, shoot, and wrap of a corporate video for a tech firm based out of San Francisco, including procuring last-minute interview/b-roll location for 10 person crew, managing crafty/production supplies/meals, completing runs/returns and petty cash reconciliation, and assisting Production Manager, Director, and crew as needed.

(5 City Run - Nashville, TN; Tuscaloosa, AL; Atlanta, GA; Valdosta, GA; Houston, TX) Hometown Features Reality shoot. Completed daily media transfer for cameras (C300, 2 OSMO’s, 2 Go Pro’s) and audio from original cards to master and shuttle drives. Assisted with lighting for interviews, daily equipment load-in/-out, setting up fresh media daily, maintaining battery supply for cameras, setting up Go Pro shots, running B-Cam (Osmo) during some scenes, crafty and production supply runs, taking story notes during interviews, and any other tasks as needed to assist team.

(Memphis) Set PA and Walkie PA for duration of 16 day shoot for Hallmark Feature Film. Responsibilities included managing walkies for a 60 person crew; assisting with First Team coordination (meals, guiding to/from set, wardrobe, hair and makeup, hotel, and personal trailer); supporting the AD team as needed, including the other two senior PA’s (Base Camp and Key); gathering daily time cards from Department heads; performing lockup’s during shooting; assisting with Distro; helping 2nd 2nd AD and Key with Background Actors as needed; and any other tasks as required to help make the day and keep the crew moving.

(Grenada, MS) Assisted with equipment load-in/-out; took care of meal orders and pickups; did runs for set dressing, crafty, and production supplies; fire watch of equipment on location; and any other tasks as assigned by Field Producer and DP.

(Memphis) Assisted with picking up Kim's glam team and reality crew from private airport/hotel, driving to location, helping field producer collect releases, driving crew back to airport/hotel, and returning rental vehicle.

(Little Rock, AR and Memphis, TN) Picked up gear from G&E Rental House and a producer camera in Memphis and drove to Little Rock for first round of interviews; assisted with loading/unloading gear daily; helped with lighting setup per Lighting Director's instructions; assisted with walkie management; drove talent from interview to arena; drove gear from Little Rock back to Memphis and returned at rental house; assisted with second round of interviews in Memphis; any other tasks as assigned by field producer and production crew.

(Memphis) Assisted Documentary Film Director/DP Mary Olive Smith during filming of short piece on the City of Memphis' efforts in Water Conservation and Management. Duties included crafty management, driving crew in production vehicle for duration of shoot, loading/unloading gear, carrying gear for DP and Cam Op during location changes/walk-and-talk's, handheld reflector and nets during stand-up interviews, assisted with lighting setup/breakdown during sit-down interviews, took care of appearance releases, served as a boom op during some interviews, and any other responsibilities as assigned by Director/DP, Client, and Cam Op.

(Oxford, MS) Assisted a small crew (Producer, DP, and Audio) in creation of a sizzle reel for a new docuseries. Responsibilities for duration of 4-day shoot consisted of camera PA duties (moving/loading gear, lens changes, lighting assistance), general PA duties (crafty management/shopping, taking care of meals, releases, runs), assisting producer with story/casting (finding characters, identifying potential story points, completed tape logs and story notes for producer during interviews/OTF’s), running handheld B-cam (FS7) for coverage in one large crowd scene, and anything else as needed by Producer and crew.

(Memphis) Assisted B-Roll DP during shoot filming a tour video for Target House, a residential facility for families and patients at St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital in Memphis, TN. Duties included unloading/loading gear, setting up lighting (LED 1X1's) and adjusting per DP's direction, carrying gear during location changes, assisting with lens changes, and any other tasks assigned by B-Roll DP.

(Memphis) Assisted Production Manager and Producer during prep, production (on location), and wrap on a national commercial. Duties included managing/filling out administrative paperwork, such as PO’s, Petty Cash Reconciliation, Start Paperwork, Time Cards, Invoices, etc.; finding and hiring crew, including DGA hires; helping Prod. Manager make travel arrangements, itineraries, and associated payments for crew and talent; assisting with Wardrobe and Art for Client before and after associated crew were hired; contacting vendors for quotes and managing purchases/rentals within budget; assisting Prod. Manager in managing PA’s; assisted with creating and distributing various Production documentation, including call sheets, shooting schedules, pre-pro and wrap books; attending and helping with pre-pro meeting and wardrobe fittings; assisting Prod. Manager and multiple departments with various tasks on location during shoot; helping with shoot wrap, including returns, media management, shipping, and other administrative tasks as needed.

(Jackson, TN) Assisted with gear load-in/-out and equipment setup/breakdown; Ran slate for audio; General camera PA duties (setting up Lite Panels, charging station, monitor, etc.); Completed appearance release for contractor on site.

Duties included finding and contacting potential talent and crew members for hire; going on runs for production supplies, crafty, and meals; performing pick-ups for rental production vehicles; helping create Production Book and Wrap Book; Performing various tasks on set as assigned by 1st AD, Production Supervisor, Production Coordinator, and other Department Heads, including set lockup, assisting talent with cues, fire watch of equipment, trash sweeps, and any other help needed.
