Specializing in creative "outside the box" marketing, ghost writing for corporate blogs, online branding and creating brand ambassadors, event marketing and brand integration. Projects include the development of and/or consulting for e-mail marketing, social media, or other internet-based strategies as well as implementation, at times. Recent clients in fields of: Special Events, Insurance, Entertainment, Real Estate, and Product Branding & Promotions.

Created social media presence to coincide with current marketing strategy with a heavy emphasis on recruitment of new agents. Strategy included design of print materials, facebook pages and groups, twitter, craigslist and local pages. Wrote scripts and compiled powerpoint presentations and handouts for seminars and training of current staff and potential agents for both my own presentations as well as management. Ghost-wrote blogs for corporate pages and individual agents (personal pages and activerain)

Contracts: 2004, 2006, 2007 Assisted various departments in Marketing: Global Branding and Corporate Sponsorship, Marketing Communications.

Coordinated nation-wide swimming event, Swim for the Kids. This included the booking of donation pool time and appropriate staff in 60 cities across the country, maintaining event website and registration, and arranging for promotional materials based on projected registration numbers to be sent to participating venues. Also responsible for promoting the event and did so with a combination of online postings, local television coverage (breakfast tv), and poolside "make it happen" marketing teams (personally recruited and trained). Regular updates presented to executives as well as sponsoring organization and benefactors.

Coordinated music samples, applications, and registration of indie artists for annual music festival and ongoing database. Assisted Manager as needed on daily activities and planning for event. Managed registration team on site during event, attended to artists as needed.

Responsible for upholding visual identity standards of the Ontario Ministry of Health, authoring and design of Annual Report. Supported Board Chair and CEO.
