Personally assist President and Vice President of production company. Duties include: heavy scheduling, travel booking, research for meetings, heavy phones, office management, production assistance and personal errands.

Work with the production office on development of a show, perform research on interview subjects, shadow various production assistants, coordinate the travel arrangements for guests on the show, interact with and assemble audience members, administrative and clerical work, shadow various producers, test various games intended for use on the show.

Shadowed and assisted various positions including Runner, Production Assistant, Production Coordinator, Post-Production Coordinator, Travel Coordinator, and Audience Coordinator. Substituted for a Production Assistant performing all tasks including: creating show packets, updating PilotWare, arranging guest car service and communicating with publicists. Handled receptionist responsibilities: forwarding calls, shipping mail and entering data.

Provided coverage for new pilot scripts ranging from half-hour comedy to hour long drama. Shadowed the coordinator of scripted programming, a new department within Fremantle. Performed assistant tasks such as entering expenses and creating spreadsheets.

Working under the coordinator of the new scripted development department, write coverage on various pilot scripts.
