Job Title: Second Assistant Camera (2nd AC) Responsibilities: 1. **Camera Setup:** Assist in the preparation and setup of cameras and related equipment for film or video shoots. 2. **Focus Pulling:** Responsible for maintaining accurate focus during shooting, collaborating closely with the 1st AC (First Assistant Camera). 3. **Equipment Maintenance:** Ensure cameras, lenses, and accessories are properly maintained, cleaned, and organized. 4. **Clapperboard Operation:** Manage the clapperboard during takes, syncing sound and visual elements for post-production. 5. **Media Management:** Handle the organization and labeling of digital or film media, including data transfer and backups. 6. **Lens Changes:** Assist with lens changes and other camera adjustments as directed by the 1st AC or Director of Photography. 7. **Communication:** Maintain effective communication with the camera department and other relevant crew members to ensure smooth workflow. 8. **Slate Operation:** Operate the slate, providing essential information for scene identification and synchronization. 9. **Supporting Roles:** Assist in various tasks on set, such as carrying equipment, tracking continuity, and participating in rehearsals.

Key production assistant under the 2nd AD. I helped with distribution of call sheet and sides on set, coordinated with catering for lunch, over saw PAs lockups and help facilitate any and all needs by the AD department.

I over saw all aspects of production of assets for clients. I set up interview looks for all projects. I shoot all supporting b-roll Set up and break down all Equipment and needed materials.

Additional Production assistant under the 2nd AD' Checked in/out all Background/stand-in players Filled out vouchers for BG and Stand-ins at the end of the production day. Helped lock down set during takes. Assisted in expediting the production in between shot setups by helping float between Camera dept and production to help set up video village and move equipment to the new shot location Took out times from each department after wrap.
