- Ensure that production due dates were met and that work was completed to the satisfaction of the Director & Artistic Director. - Facilitate communication between artistic and production personnel - Create, update & distribute production calendars and schedules - Create business and artistic contracts between the Theatre and vendors or employees - Coordinate with Administrative Associate to distribute and collect production and artistic personnel keys and collect employee paperwork. - Communicate with design and production teams to ensure production is on schedule and due dates will be met.
