Headed up the broadcast production team for an annual skateboarding competition in Detroit. Responsibilities included hiring crew, tracking costs, processing payments, booking travel & hotels, creating travel & production documents (call sheets, schedules, travel grids, etc), renting camera, lighting, and post equipment, and handling crew catering. Onsite, ran production office, handled all deliveries and returns, and managed petty cash.

Oversaw Entertainment at Super Bowl Game Day Fan Plaza, the outdoor perimeter of NRG Stadium in Houston. Responsibilities included coordinating BOH areas, rehearsals and performances for groups including The Houston Texans Cheerleaders, Sixwire, and The Suffers.

As a member of the UTMG team, I was responsible for booking crew, creating contracts, booking travel and transportation, creating travel and production documents, renting and shipping equipment, creating expense logs, submitting crew payment, and more for events including the Vans Pro Skate Park Series (stops in Melbourne, Brazil, Vancouver, California and Sweden), Vans PHXAM, Vans Pool Party, US Open of Surfing, and Vans Triple Crown

Oversaw Entertainment at Super Bowl Game Day Fan Plaza, the outdoor perimeter of Levi's Stadium in Santa Clara. Responsibilities included coordinating BOH areas, rehearsals and performances for groups including the Barenaked Ladies and Andy Grammar.

Duties included: -Coordinating onsite ops needs (trailers, fencing, portos, pipe & drape, heavy equipment, tables & chairs, etc) -Coordinating staff catering -Create production & trucking schedules -Coordinating staff transportation, including shuttles from hotels & parking assignments -Hiring & overseeing teams of Production Assistants & interns -Coordinating onsite petty cash.

Oversaw Entertainment at Super Bowl Game Day Fan Plaza, the outdoor perimeter of The University of Phoenix Stadium. Responsibilities included coordinating BOH areas, rehearsals and performances for groups including multiple marching bands, rock bands, a steel drum band, a gospel choir, and the Cardinals Cheerleaders.

-Worked with vendors to create set pieces and graphics for the live webcast; to rent camera and lighting equipment; and to order catering for 80-person crew -Coordinated travel and housing for crew members -Oversaw a team of PAs onsite and coordinated production office

-Coordinated staff and crew credentials for Episodes 1 & 2 of QuestLove-produced VH1 music show. -Created pass boards and security maps for venue access at Red Studios in Hollywood.

Oversaw Entertainment at Super Bowl Game Day Fan Plaza, the outdoor perimeter of MetLife Stadium. Responsibilities included managing a team of 3 ASMs and coordinating BOH areas for 12 talent groups, including a 150-piece marching band, the Rock of Ages Broadway cast, the Jets cheerleaders, live ice carvers and two rock bands.

In the Production Office Control position, managed the PA team & oversaw the credential breakdown for 600 support personnel, as well as working with various vendors to order backstage supplies.

-Oversaw team of PAs -Coordinated with event performers to schedule rehearsal and on-site times -Created fact sheets and bios for hosts and 33 competing teams -During event, ran live scoring spreadsheet

Coordinated filming permits and secured locations for a behind-the-scenes video shoot for Red Bull International. At event, assisted Production Manager onsite.

Responsible for pulling performers, honorees and presenters from audience and escorting them to hair & makeup, greenrooms, or backstage at the time indicated on the show rundown.

As a member of a 4-person crew, shot a series of “microphone relay” spots in Phoenix, Las Vegas and Los Angeles for American Idol

Responsible for all production aspects of FOCUS at Café Rouge, a turnkey space that showed 7 designers in 7 days. Oversaw budget; hired & negotiated with scenic, A/V, rental, catering, janitorial and security vendors; created production schedules; oversaw load- ins & outs, and managed team of PAs

-Responsibilities included managing equipment, purchases, and vendors at the Manned Launch III Stratos Compound

-Oversaw all technical aspects of Chadwick Bell, Michael Bastian and GANT by Michael Bastian shows

-Assisted in setup/breakdown of MINI activation on Vendor Row; oversaw Photobooth and Prize Wheel software/equipment

-Drove to 11 mountain resorts over 3 months to represent MINI Cooper alongside the Burton Demo Tour and US Open -Oversaw setup, breakdown and load out of inflatable tents, furniture and electronic equipment at each stop

-Collaborated with live show producer, director and the Stage Management team in rehearsals and show preparation -Gave host Graham Norton all entrance cues during show

Assisted the stage management team in the television production side of the Fashion Show.

-Oversaw 16 teams of builders competing in a 72-hour competition. Responsibilities included loading in and out of two venues; safety measures throughout build; general site upkeep; coordination of production supplies

-Worked with vendors and tour managers to negotiate, purchase and order production elements such as large-scale signage, crew and talent catering, and décor elements for a large invite-only concert thrown by Billboard Magazine

-Worked as member of production team for a nationwide tour of weeklong events. -Responsible for trafficking all creative assets, including signage, uniforms and expendables; worked directly with designers and vendors to create and acquire assets for multiple stops simultaneously
